THEME CATEGORY, Viva Italiano - A plastic, resin or white metal model of any italian made vehicle,
including stock, custom, or race versions.

SUB-THEME CATEGORY, Mopar, Mopar, Mopar - Build any vehicle you like, as long as it's a Mopar (Chrysler,
Dodge, Plymouth, etc). The model can be plastic, resin or white
metal and they can be stock, modified or race versions.

OUT OF BOX - Box stock models built with the contents of the kit. Foil and aftermarket decals may be used
but wiring, aftermarket products or scratch building are not permitted unless outlined in
the instructions. There is no requirement to display the kit instructions on the contest
table but entrants should have the instructions on hand in the case of a discrepancy.

HOT ROD - any pre 1949 vehicle

CUSTOMS - vehicles post 1949, must have 3 body modifications or more

ROAD RATS - Primered and flat paint applied to rods and customs known as Rat Rods or Nostalgia Rods and
Customs. Flames, scallops or pin striping may be applied as well as period correct decals.
Try to honor the intention and style of the category.

FACTORY STOCK DOMESTIC - North American manufacturers, cars must be stock in appearance. This includes
automobiles from major auto manufacturers and low volume manufacturers
recognized as such through the automotive industry. Models of high performance,
low volume vehicles sold through the above dealerships are also eligible for
this class. Any discrepancies will be the responsibility of the entrant to
provide sufficient documentation.

FACTORY STOCK FOREIGN - European and Asian manufacturers , cars must be stock in appearance. This
includes automobiles from major auto manufacturers and low volume manufacturers
recognized as such through the automotive industry. Models of high performance,
low volume vehicles sold through the above dealerships are also eligible for
this class. Any discrepancies will be the responsibility of the entrant to
provide sufficient documentation.

STREET MODIFIED PRE 1970 - Includes street machines, pro street and low riders. Models should exhibit
bolt on aftermarket items, and performance parts to alter their appearance
from a stock vehicle. The model should also exhibit no more than two body
modifications.

STREET MODIFIED 1971-1990 - Includes street machines, pro street, low riders and sport trucks. Models
should exhibit bolt on aftermarket items, and performance parts to alter
their appearance from a stock vehicle. The model should also exhibit no
more than two body modifications.

STREET MODIFIED 1991 TO PRESENT - Includes pro street, tuners, sport trucks and low riders. Models should
exhibit bolt on aftermarket items, and performance parts to alter
their appearance from a stock vehicle. The model should also
exhibit no more than two body modifications.

LIGHT COMMERCIAL - Police vehicles, light trucks and light municipal vehicles.

HEAVY COMMERCIAL - Large trucks, heavy equipment and large fire apparatus.

CURBSIDE - Models with no engine detail showing or undercarriage detail showing. Models in this category
should draw attention to their paint, interior detail and a stylish stance. No mirrors
under the model or engine parts protruding through the hood.

SLAMMER - Black - Out windows so no interior detail is showing. Model should exhibit an exciting paint
job and eye-catching style.

MOTORCYCLE - Any scale, any type of motorcycle is applicable.

COMPETITION OPEN WHEEL - Open wheel race cars like F1, Cart, or Sprint cars.

COMPETITION CLOSED WHEEL - Closed wheel sedans, prototypes, rally cars or Gts including those raced in
endurance events, touring car, DTM or Nascar.

COMPETITION STRAIGHT LINE - Drag cars or Land Speed cars typify this class.

COMPETITION CURBSIDE - Any competition car that does not have engine detail showing.

SMALL SCALE - Any model 1/32 scale or smaller, motorcycles not included.

BIG SCALE - Any model 1/16 scale or larger, motorcycles not included.

UNFINISHED - This category is for works in progress, any scale or type, must be incomplete. Entry may display a completed assembly including engine, chassis or interior.

MILITARY VEHICLES - Military trucks, jeeps, cars, motorcycles and wheeled artillery, tanks, APCs, or recovery vehicles.

MODIFIED DIE CAST - Custom Hot Wheels or any die cast that has been substantially modified.

PRE-PAINTED - Pre-painted plastic and die cast models in any scale.

DIORAMA - Automotive and military dioramas.

SPECIAL INTEREST - Open to any unique model that doesn’t fit into the above categories including boats, aircraft, science fiction or components.
